What’s important to know about whistleblower claims in California?
We recently represented a client who had reported to their employer of some unlawful practices happening at work. Some co-workers were performing some acts that she believed were unlawful, and she reported them. After she reported that, her employer began to treat her differently. Her employer began to retaliate against her.
